Plan questions

The details, upfront.

What counts as a monthly active device?

A unique enabled device that is active for the app during the billing period. The dashboard is the source of truth for current plan usage.

Are notification sends metered?

No. Both listed plans include unlimited push notifications, subject to the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, technical safeguards, and upstream provider limits.

Do all platforms count?

Yes. Registered iOS, Android, and Web Push destinations all count as devices for plan limits.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Manage the subscription through the dashboard. The timing and billing effect of a change are shown before confirmation.

Do I need a card for the Developer plan?

No card is required to start on the free Developer plan.

What support response times apply?

Free accounts receive an initial ticket response within 48 hours. Paid accounts receive an initial response within two hours through the ticket system, 24/7/365. See the Service Level Agreement for availability, incident, maintenance, failover, and credit details.

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

The platform applies the plan limits displayed in your account. Upgrade before a production launch if your expected active-device count is close to the free allowance.
